How to delete your MarketIA data

If you want to delete your MarketIA data, you have the following options:

Disconnect a social network

1. Sign in to your MarketIA account.
2. Go to Settings → Connections.
3. Choose the connection and click Disconnect.
4. Confirm the disconnection.

Disconnecting:

• Revokes MarketIA access when the provider supports remote revocation and removes the stored token.
• Does not delete your MarketIA account or content you created inside the platform.

Delete your account and data

Send an email to contacto@trymarketia.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

• Your email address associated with the account.
• Your username (if known).

Deletion timeline

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Social media data

When an account deletion request is processed, we remove from active systems:

• Stored access tokens.
• Identifiers and profile data for connected accounts.
• Downloaded metrics and insights linked to removed connections.

You can also revoke our access directly from your Facebook account settings at Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
