Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

MarketIA (“we”, “our”) collects the following information when you use our platform:

  • Account information: name, email, and profile data provided through your authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Content and brand: brands, instructions, text, images, videos, and other materials you create, upload, or generate on the platform.
  • Social media data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we process account identifiers, profiles, posts, metrics, and access tokens according to the permissions you grant.
  • Billing: Stripe processes payment details; we retain customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and credit history, but we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, usage events, technical logs, errors, and data needed for security, support, and product improvement.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide and maintain our AI marketing services.
  • Connect and manage your social media accounts.
  • Generate personalized content and analytics for your brand.
  • Improve and personalize your experience on the platform.
  • Communicate with you about service updates.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We share only the data needed to provide the feature you request with these categories of providers:

  • Clerk for authentication and user management; Stripe for payments and billing.
  • Meta and TikTok to connect accounts, publish content, and retrieve available metrics.
  • AI and media providers—such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs depending on the feature—to process instructions, brand context, and files needed to generate the requested output.
  • Neon, Cloudflare R2, and Redis for databases, file storage, caching, and job queues.
  • Resend for email; Sentry and PostHog for errors and product analytics when enabled.

We do not sell personal data or social media data. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law, protect service security, or complete a corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. You can revoke a social connection through MarketIA or the relevant network.

4. Storage and security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and organization isolation. Social media access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. No system is completely infallible; we will investigate and notify incidents as required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days in active systems, except records we must retain; backups are removed according to their retention cycle.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Revoke access to your social media accounts.
  • Export your data in a readable format.
